These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of alfatelcom.com (the "Website") and the Alfa Telecom client portal (the "Portal"). By accessing or using the Website or the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Engineering and support services are governed by the written agreement for each engagement, which prevails over these Terms if the two conflict.

The text, graphics, diagrams, interface designs and code of this Website belong to ALFA TELECOM LIMITED or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own internal business evaluation. Any other reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires our prior written consent. Rights in software and systems delivered to clients are set out in the agreement for each engagement.
03Acceptable Use and Portal Security
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Website, the Portal, or their underlying infrastructure, conduct unauthorised vulnerability scanning, interfere with network availability, or transmit any malicious code.
Access to the Portal is restricted to authorised personnel designated by contracted clients. Our liability in respect of contracted engineering deliveries and support services is governed solely by the applicable commercial agreement.
06Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

08Language
These Terms are published in English and Arabic. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the two language versions, the English text shall prevail.
